It depends on the product. In Peninsular Malaysia, milk powders, whey, cocoa and instant coffee start at 5 bags × 25 kg, malt extract powder at 10 bags, AMF at 5 pails or 5 drums, and creamer and palm olein at 1 tonne. Each product page shows its minimum. For export, the minimum is one 20ft container.
Anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia, usually about one week after you confirm the order. Our prices for Peninsular Malaysia include delivery. We source directly, so goods reach you fresh with the original batch documents. Export orders are quoted ex-works, CFR or CIF your port.
Halal certification is held by the manufacturers we buy from. We send a copy of the manufacturer’s halal certificate with the quote so you can check the issuer and expiry date before you buy.
Each product page shows our current list price: RM delivered anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia, and USD per tonne ex-works for export (CFR or CIF on request). Dairy, palm oil and coffee prices move every week, so your written quote confirms the final price, pack size and delivery terms, usually within one working day.
Every delivery includes an invoice, delivery order and the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the batch. The manufacturer’s halal certificate, certificates of origin, health certificates and, for palm products, the manufacturer’s MPOB licence are provided where they apply.
Local customers pay by bank transfer or cheque, with credit terms available for regular accounts. For export we accept L/C at sight, or T/T with a deposit and the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. All payments go only to the company bank account in the name of PSCM.
